Ivy House

BAUEN Design was commissioned to deliver planning, building regulations, and interior design services for the renovation and extension of an existing terrace house located in Wolverhampton.

The objective was to modernise the entire dwelling while utilising permitted development rights to extend the rear of the house. This extension aimed to create a generous and interconnected open-plan kitchen and dining area, accentuated by an impressive roof lantern.
